This gives you everything the JCC has to offer: access to all events, programs, classes and social get-togethers. No Pool Membership.

No Pool Memberships are available in the months when the pool is closed. No Pool Memberships are closed from May 15-September 15, when the pool is open.  You cannot pay an annual lump sum for No Pool Memberships; a monthly payment plan is your only option. 

During the summer months, when the pools is open, No Pool Members who want to use the facility have three options: 

1. They can purchase $10 gues passes on the days they want to use the facility
2. They can upgrade to an All-Inclusive Membership and pay the balance due
3. They can purchase a Summer Membership, then go back to their No Pool Membership once the pool closes.

Policies & Procedures

Memberships

• Memberships are for a minimum of 12 months. Payment may be made 12 months in advance by check or credit card. Payment may also be made in equal monthly automatic bank or credit card debits. 
• We cannot bill you for your membership, nor can we accept monthly checks.
• Membership is neither refundable nor transferable. Refunds cannot be issued for non-usage of the facilities. Memberships are valid for a minimum of one year from the date of registration. Partial year memberships are not available.
• Dues are subject to change at any time.

Membership Renewals

Memberships are renewed automatically each year unless written notice is received by the membership department at least one calendar month in advance of desired cancellation date.

Membership Key Tags

• Key tags (with barcoded membership information) are issued to all members over the age of seven. Your key tag  must be presented when entering the JCC facilities, registering for programs, or purchasing guest passes. For nonmember program participants, registration receipts must be presented in order to gain access to JCC facilities. Key tags and registration receipts will be checked for validity.
• Should you forget your key tag, you may be required to show another photo ID to enter the facility.
• All members receive membership key tags at no charge. Key tag replacements cost $5.

Locker Room Guidelines

• Please lock all personal belongings. The Levin JCC will not be liable, under any circumstances, for the loss of personal effects and valuables of our members and guests. Please provide your own lock for security.  Locks may not be left on lockers overnight.
• Lock boxes are available for valuables.
• Food and drink are prohibited in locker rooms.
• Children over the age of 3 are not allowed into opposite sex locker rooms.  A family changing area is available inside and large restrooms are available on the pool deck.

Accessibility

The JCC is accessible to individuals with mobility impairments or other disabilities. Special facilities include designated parking spaces, wheelchair access, elevator, and accessible restrooms, locker rooms, telephones and drinking fountains.

JCC Reciprocity

If you travel outside of Durham-Chapel Hill, most of the more than 275 JCCs across North America will honor your JCC membership for a limited period of time. We extend the same courtesy to out-of-town guests when they present a valid JCC membership card. Don’t forget to carry your membership card with you when visiting other cities.

Guest Passes and Out-of-Town Guests

Guest passes are available for sale for daily use at $10 for an adult age 13 and older, and $5 for a child, age 12 and under. Special rates for extended visits may apply for guests from out-of-town Prior arrangements must be made with the membership director.

Returned Checks

A fee of $25 will be charged on all returned checks, insufficient funds and credit card denials. Continued unsuccessful debits will result in cancellation of JCC membership.

Parking

Please park in designated areas only. Do not park along the entry drive or any other driveways.

Handicap spaces are available. Cars without authorized handicap identification may be ticketed. Please respect our members and guests who must use these reserved spaces.

Security

The JCC employs security personnel for your safety. Please obey all parking and speed limit policies. Report any suspicious behavior to JCC Staff.

The 15 mph speed limit on campus is strictly enforced! Rollerblading and skate-boarding are not allowed on the JCC campus.
